UKVI case workers may sometimes exceed the time limit allowed to them in the determination of applications.

Where this has been done without prior notice and where notice was given but a long period of time has elapsed since the said notice was issued, we are able to make representation to UKVI on behalf of our client to speed up determination of outstanding applications. Note that this is a chargeable service where we were not responsible for putting in the application in the first instance.
